User manual: 

Place the toothbrush at a 45° angle along the vertical contour.

Move the toothbrush in small, circular motions and repeat for each tooth.

Brush the inside of each tooth, using the same back-and-forth technique.

Brush the moon of each tooth. Use the brush head to brush behind each tooth - front and back, top and bottom and stroke up and down.

Foam mat to eliminate odor-causing bacteria.

Note:

Do not cover or store brushes in sealed containers frequently. 

Replace your toothbrush with a new one every 3-4 months.

Storage: 

Store in ventilated places
