Ingredients:

• Seasoning cubes: Sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, onions, ginger, chicken powder,...
• Dry spices: Galangal leaves, cilantro, shallots, dried chili peppers, coriander, garlic, ginger, red onions.

Usage instructions:

Cut the chicken into pieces, marinate with salt, pepper, and seasoning cubes for about 15 minutes. Stir-fry the chicken in a bit of oil until browned. Add 3.5-4 liters of water and the seasoning cubes packet, bring to a boil. Add the dry spices and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with noodles or rice noodles according to preference.
