Hủ tiếu (Vietnamese rice noodles):

Bring water to a boil in a pot until it reaches a rolling boil (100°C or 212°F).
Fully immerse the rice noodles in the boiling water (100°C) and cook for 7 minutes.
Drain the noodles into a colander, rinse with cool water, and let drain for 5 minutes.
The noodles are now ready to be served with broth.
