On July 9th, Van Hien University (VHU) organized an appreciation ceremony and signed cooperation agreements with over 80 enterprises. To date, the university has been collaborating with more than 500 domestic and international businesses to create job opportunities, internships, and practical experiences for students. Among them, BLUE THUNDER is one of the enterprises partnering with Van Hien University to provide employment opportunities for students.

The event was an opportunity for the university to express sincere gratitude to the companies and partners who have stood alongside VHU and its students during various student experiential activities, entrepreneurial initiatives, scientific research, and contributions to improving training programs and recruitment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Duc, President of Van Hien University, emphasized the collaboration of businesses in educational activities and career guidance, which has brought many benefits to students, contributing to the enhancement of educational quality and meeting the increasingly high demands of the labor market.

The partnership between Van Hien University and businesses is expanding. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Duc mentioned that in the academic year 2023-2024, Van Hien University has signed agreements with nearly 100 enterprises and maintains regular relationships with over 500 businesses across all fields relevant to the university's training specialties.

"Van Hien University has connected with partner businesses to help solve 2,426 part-time jobs for students and introduced over 3,000 job positions to students, ensuring that more than 94% of graduates find employment within one year and 100% of students have internship opportunities that match their fields of study. Since the beginning of the year, businesses partnering with the university have contributed to scholarship funds for disadvantaged students, amounting to the equivalent of 2.3 billion VND," Dr. Duc stated.

Representing businesses that have supported various activities at Van Hien University for over three years, Mr. Pham Hoang Thanh, Project Director at Coca-Cola Vietnam, noted that students are provided with opportunities to apply for internships and participate in student experiential activities. According to Mr. Thanh, the strengths of VHU students include dynamism, perseverance, creativity, and continuous learning to enhance themselves.

Mr. Lam added that with the extensive connections between businesses and the university, the remaining tasks lie with the students. He encouraged students to take advantage of university and business activities, such as joining clubs or participating in events that enhance knowledge and skills organized by both parties. "We know Van Hien University organizes numerous programs and activities for students each year. This is a great opportunity for students to develop themselves and create highlights in their resumes for future job searches," Mr. Lam emphasized.
